How your data is handled.

Local export analysis

At /diagnostic, CSVs, cost declarations, analysis and review decisions remain in the current tab’s memory. No diagnostic inputs or diagnostic telemetry are sent to the server. Use synthetic or already-redacted files with opaque order IDs. Delete diagnostic data clears the workspace; it cannot remove downloaded reports or source files. Closing or refreshing the tab loses the current analysis. Reviewer identity is an operator declaration, not an authenticated signature.

Diagnostic applications

If you submit the diagnostic form, the application sends your email, role, approximate spend band, channels, Shopify status, problem description, current optimization method, interest and entered value estimate to its server. These support evaluation and follow-up about your request. Do not submit advertising credentials or confidential account exports.

Product interactions

The application sends first-party page and interaction events and synthetic approve/reject decisions to its own server. Events contain a random event ID, time, page path and event-specific properties. There are no advertising pixels. Rate limiting uses a hashed IP-derived key; the hosting provider may maintain separate request logs.

Storage and access

The owner evidence view requires authenticated owner access. The code supports Redis storage and an optional owner-configured signed webhook; whether those are enabled depends on deployment configuration. Missing or unavailable production storage causes server evidence requests to fail; the application does not confirm an unpersisted request. Individual applications are not shown publicly.

Retention

Application retention rules filter interaction events after 90 days, applications and decisions after 365 days, and recorded outcomes after 730 days. Filtering happens when the store is read or updated; it is not proof of scheduled deletion from backups, hosting logs or optional downstream destinations.

The feedback dialog saves your entered email and message in this browser’s local storage only. It is not sent to the owner. Clear site storage to remove it from this browser.
